Los Que Faltaban / La Compañía Joven de 180
A contemporary dance piece about the experiences that touch us and change us for ever.
There are moments that make the heart race. We feel it quicken, sending out a signal charged with excitement that sharpens all our senses and keeps us anchored in the present. The trigger may be a stolen glance, a caress, a moment of daring, a first time – small things that touch us and unsettle us, before returning us to a routine present where we are ourselves again, but no longer quite the same.
After more than ten years dedicated to training dancers, 180 has taken a natural next step in its pedagogical and artistic work: the creation of a youth company. The project aims to ease the transition between training and professional life, offering real opportunities for stage experience, creative work and professional development. 180s’s Compañía Joven is conceived as a working environment shaped by the demands and realities of the professional dance sector. Through this initiative, the school reinforces its commitment to nurturing young talent and building a solid professional landscape, investing in rigorous creative processes, artistic quality and the development of new generations of artists and performers.
