PICK YOUR GUIDE AND COME TO THE MOON!

Allunatges are a series of guided tours for up to 15 participants that lend us a closer insight into the moon from different perspectives in Museum of the Moon.
Come closer to the moon and fall under the spell of various kinds of guides: poets, astronomers, anthropologists, engineers, shepherds and witches who will be your companions as you contemplate, listen to and discover the cultural, scientific, mythological and artistic tales surrounding our natural satellite. These visits afford a unique opportunity to enjoy the Museum of the Moon from the bullring stands.

* ROSA VILANOVA is a poet and theatre director. The moon has always inspired artists, but it is poets who have expressed this inspiration in words. Come and, on the strength of verse, let yourself be carried away to the moon.

// She will be with us on 13, 14 and 15 April from 8.30 pm to 9 pm.

* JORDI ESQUERRÀ and DAVID SOLER are members of the Garrotxa Astronomical Association. How was the moon created? What are its characteristics and what role does it play in the creation of life? How has it helped us to know who we are and where we come from? A moon walk to help us find answers to these questions and explore the intricacies of our natural satellite.

// David Soler will be with us on 13 and 14 April from 9 pm to 9.30 pm. ?// Jordi Esquerrà will be with us on 15 April from 9 pm to 9.30 pm.

* SARA ARBÓS holds a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering. From ancient Greece to the present day we can find fantastic stories that end up coming true. Hergé, for example, had anticipated that we humans would one day walk on the moon, but could Tintin’s rocket or Jules Verne’s cannon work? What technological advances made it possible for us to get to the moon?

// She will be with us on 13, 14 and 15 April from 9.30 pm to 10 pm.

* IMMA DEL DESTÍ is a witch from La Garrotxa, specialised in fortune-telling techniques such as tarot, astrology and palm reading. She will talk to us about the influence of the moon in the world of witches, about how they use its energy in rituals.

// She will be with us on 13, 14 and 15 April from 10.30 pm to 11 pm.

* MARTA MUÑOZ is a cyclical woman, mother and lover of the complexity that feminine sexuality offers us. She accompanies women to connect with their bodies and their pleasure through heartfelt movement. She proposes that we learn to dance with the moon for our mental, physical, energetic and emotional wellbeing.

// She will be with us on 13 April from 10 pm to 10.30 pm.

* MARC MUNTANYA is a shepherd and historian. Life rooted in the earth, in close touch with nature and its cycles. Animals, plants and trees. The moon as a calendar to tell the time, seasons and work of the year. The old moon to clean the barnyard out of fleas, or to cut wood, or so many other things. A world that is ending, but that is still there.

// He will be with us on 14 April from 10 pm to 10.30 pm.

* ADRIÀ PUJOL is an anthropologist, writer and translator. The moon has always fascinated us, it has always been a mystery, and this is probably because, unlike the sun, we can look at it face on. However, we also attribute eerie qualities to it, like the night.

// He will be with us on 15 April from 10 pm to 10.30 pm.
