Lady Garden

Lady Garden explores the wild world of flowers through live performance. A diverse group of artists (the flowers) come together via solo acts celebrating the floral world, culminating in a unique human flower arrangement.
Lady Garden was inspired by Ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arranging. It is an appreciation of the beauty of flowers, nature and local biodiversity in a fun and quirky show - a multi-sensory experience blooming with live art, dance, comedy, music, scent, and green leotards!

Francesca Baglione (Miss High Leg Kick) is an established Olivier Award winning live artist whose work uses collaboration and unusual approaches to audience engagement to create ambitious, accessible performances. Large-scale outdoor works (e.g. Fashion Bus and Audition Project) and interactive shows (e.g. Bird Rave and Eau de Memoire) are marked by humour, a love of spectacle, dance and the unexpected. Lady Garden features a variety of UK-based individual artists invited to create and perform their chosen flower for a spectacular flower arrangement.
