*Friday 29th from 9.45 am to 11.15 am
*One minimum training session, although several can be attended in the social centre in Les Planes d’Hostoles.

Collective artistic creation workshop to evoke the essence of the body we inhabit, to awaken the mind and to open the heart. Through dance, movement and awareness, we will connect with the Earth, seasons and elements as a path to personal growth. There will be co-creation and therapeutic dance workshops open to anyone who wishes to take part during the week of 25 to 29 April. The fruits of their efforts will be presented on Saturday 30 April at 12 noon in Plaça Nova in Les Planes d’Hostoles.
DanzaSana has been teaching dance workshops since 2005, and in Les Planes d’Hostoles on a weekly basis for the past six years. These workshops are complemented by knowledge of psychological and evolutionary astrology.
