Teatre Principal d'Olot

Olot’s Teatre Principal is an Italian-style theatre. In other words, the stage is on one side and the audience is on the other. The area for the audience is horseshoe-shaped and consists of an auditorium and three tiers. With a capacity to seat 450 spectators, the theatre also holds a rehearsal room and a lounge. It is a municipal facility where the performing arts team works on the city’s performing arts projects, from regular programming to educational initiatives, as well as Circus in the Square and the Sismògraf Festival.
